When making a ticket, the link directs you to a website, in which you can only report client problems.
I suggest making a ticket channel, in which you can report discord members, and also solve your discord related issues. Oh, and also staff abuse, plus just questions in general, like about the SMP, and things like that.
For reporting lunar players, I think there should be an option on the website.

Currently, for reporting Discord members, you can use the /report command, and a staff member will handle the issue. If you need to report a staff member, you can open a ticket under the General tab on the ticket website, and it will be forwarded to an admin or higher.
And for questions about the SMP you can ask in #👾︱smp-chat or when you see a staff member in chat.
