Stop Instantly Muting People Who Send Large Blocks Of Text

Please stop with the muting people who send large text and deleting their text without actually reading what it says.
Like, how is it acceptable to send huge text with small blocks one by one and not one huge block? I swear, the mods will just mute you and delete the text without even reading it.
One time someone from the Lunar server joined to scam me, actually it happened twice, on two separate accounts. However, each time I reported it to lunar, I would just get muted, even after letting people know I would be sending a long story so to now freak out.
Later, I DMed the mods, and they just don't awnser.
No disrespect, but please read text floods, unless someone is actively spamming them constantly while you try to read.

even if you tell staff they must receive a report from /report

and you are responsible for your account, lunar can't do anything about scammers from here

Not do something about scammers, but simply warn people and make them aware about the scam and to avoid it.

even Microsoft has warned users afaik but scammers always find a way around

"we will never ask for your password" gives trust and they ask for a code instead
