Add ban notifications

I was banned for playing multiplier but I was only able to read the full information about my ban on the original minecraft launcher as it does not show up on Lunar Client.

Nothing, only says this when joining a server. No other notifications, can't see what I was banned for and how long for

Oh, and in the launcher it says like "Unable to join multiplayer servers - microsoft error"

So the ban notification system is just not added to lunar, only works on the microsoft store launcher
