Turbo entities on 1.8.9

I understand that it is for 1.17 so not that feature itself just using the name to get the idea across. idk if 1.8 is already optimised as far as it can be but something like turbo entities for older versions woould be a game changer for low end pc and laptops.

can admins please add this for things like hypixel skyblock because when i'm playing m7 and streaming on discord to my friends I drop a lot of frames and the turbo entities would definitely be very useful in situations like this
