Add particles as a cosmetic

I think if lunar added particles cosmetic's it would make players look more cool

lunar already made it so you can disable certain cosmetic's client side so they could do this for particles as well

i have many experiences with players braeaking my bed in bw and then there are so many particles i have a huge lag spike and can't aim
and then i die

having tons of particles like that would be really annoying
