Pin Any Version in Launcher

In launcher, add a way to pin any version you want, be it lunar versions or vanilla versions (and modpacks if u want idk), it must also discern which module or addon you pinned, i.e. if I pin **Vanilla **1.8.9 **forge **addon or Lunar Client 1.20 lunar + fabric addon.

This way we dont have to be scrolling and clicking everytime we need to switch versions and I think this would be pretty good for a QOL feature.
