I mean like when you shift-click an item from a chest it goes to a specified slot. For example you could make it so when you shift-click a sword it goes to the 1st hotbar slot and blocks to the 2nd slot. Also this is how I would like the settings to look like this:
[slot (list)] [item] [+ (to add more items] [priority]
Example:
Hotbar1 wood_sword stone_sword iron_sword gold_sword diamond_sword
Hotbar3 wood_sword stone_sword iron_sword gold_sword diamond_sword 2
(this thing makes it so when you shift-click any sword it goes to the 1st hotbar slot and if that slot is already full then to the hotbar slot 3)

In a sense , cuz if u select the item and click the hotbar key it will automatically go in
