Add Dynamic Lighting to Lunar Options

Dynamic lighting would be an amazing addition to the lunar option menu as it provides better lighting for shaders, and allows for a more real feeling in Minecraft.

What is Dynamic lighting? I've heard of it before but I don't quite know what it is

Dynamic lighting is where light sources such as torches, still emit light when they are in your hand inside of needing to be placed down

once they fix incompatibilities with dynamic light mods you can just add those with /modloading
