A way to implement minecon capes

I know there has been a few suggestions already about this, but can not be exact due to Mojang Copyright or what-not. What about a way of creating one on the store, but having a lunar logo at the bottom so it isnt like an exact replica. As there has been a few requests i've seen of people asking to add minecon capes in.

I have made a quick photoshop sketch of an example

editing the cape to add a water mark doesnt help avoiding copyright

tbf if they can add their own twist to it then maybe

colouring change, or different styles

i dont think the cape itself has copyright to be honest?

i dont think mojang would go through the effort to copyright it, and im not even totally sure if you can

if they didnt they would still get it removed and threaten lunar
