Make you can buy Custom cloak with your own image that will cost a lil more than normal ones so ppl wont use it to have capes for less.
Make someone from Lunar have to accept that cape i would love to use cape with my own image.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel as if Custom cloaks remove value from the already existing cloaks

And yeah my initial thing was what the others said - it seems like a moderation nightmare

Could negatively impact the Lunar Client creators as well

and may lead to a decrease in large creators willing to switch over to Lunar Client
