add all the subversions of a specific version in the client

i recently noticed while making a private server for my friends that 1.16.1 wasnt available and 1.16.5 was the only option. I didnt want to have the piglin brute update as we were trying to speedrun and had to rely on unoptimized vanilla minecraft with no features

some versions barely have people playing so there really isnt point of coding them

1.16.1 has a ton of players playing it for speedrun purposes

and it isnt allowed in speedrun anyways

it has the nether update without piglin brutes
