Add pvp mod pack to lunar 1.21

Totem counter
Optimization Mods

It’s banned on PvP Legacy (Which is a lunar partner). The reason why it’s banned is that marlow optimiser allowes for end crystals to be placed faster.

They didn't block legacy pvp, marlowww crystal optimizer gives you that when you have high ping you place crystals quite quickly anyway

Players that don’t use the mod would be at a big disadvantage. This mod removes the delay that you get when breaking crystals which allows you to place and break crystals much faster.
