Borderless window, which unlike borderless fullscreen allows you to make Minecraft behave like a window so you can have various overlays on (such as twitch chat overlay) and has easy multitasking potential, however without the borders, and hence making it look like fullscreen.

I just noticed that there is an error in my writing. They are referring to the same thing in this instance but instead, the borderless fullscreen simply doesn't seem to work for certain applications to overlay on top of it such as TransparentTwitchChatWPF, which however borderless fullscreen (/window) should have, which is why it made me think they were considered separate things. Instead, this suggestion will be advocating for the development of the borderless fullscreen mod to implement all the proper essential borderless fullscreen functions which was the initial intention anyway, just now under an existing feature instead of a new one. I apologize for any inconveniences

There is of course the potential that I'm just encountering a bug because this doesn't really have the features of what borderless fullscreen should have, as they are expected to be included.

#

In addition, I've deleted my previous comment on the old post from >30d as it is now irrelevant and outdated to the post.

This idea exists already as a feature!

Then is there a bug?

Because it's clearly not working properly in that case
