Some form of mod / option to switch capes without relaunching

This would be a similiar feature to Labymod, where you would have to ability to switch your capes without going to minecraft's website or using the default minecraft launcher. This would allow people with multiple capes such as the twitch / tiktok / anniversary / more to swap between capes easily. Just a QOL suggestion.
