For gods sake, fix these things!

1. The launcher should automatically start up with the dimensions you previously have chosen for it

2. The "Launch [version] Ready to launch" green button to start is fine, its the background that's bothering me its just way too big make it smaller or cut out the edges

3. You have a "News" tab which certainly isn't needed you could easily just remove it since we've got "Latest news" on the home tab or you can move it to the side of the "Latest news" title since there's empty room there

4. You have a "Servers" tab which isn't necessary either since you've got quick-play in the top of the home tab, another fix for this is to make home hosted servers, like feather client does it, Anyways you already have an ip for world sharing why not just do this? the only thing you'll get from this, is a happy fanbase.

5. Make "Lunar+ ad" go besides the launch option, Decrease width of the "Latest news" and then make friend list go down besides the "Latest news" and make it a 2x2 instead of just being a list where you can never find any of your friends. (This would help finding friends more easily, and also just make the launcher experience much nicer for some users)

6. The lunar icon and the "Home" tab goes to the same place thats a waste of important space that could be used for more stuff

7. With 4 tabs you might want to add another tab for skin selection or other stuff that might "actually" be useful for the normal players

8. in the top bar of lunar where these buttons are located "- O X" to the side of them there are icons switching back and fourth, this is especially annoying if you're a bit slow and now you gotta wait four more switches just for the actual icon to be changed one to the side A fix for this would be to add a separator line like you did in the other side of the top bar "[players] online | Launchpad" the separator could be implemented before the "- O X" and have all of these icons show at the same time to allow for people to see what they're interested in

Remember this is just QoL improvements that, I think would be a good fit for the launcher.
If you're about to hate just because there's one thing you don't like, just take this with a grain of salt.

Personally, I've been playing on lunar for more than 3 years, and i really don't think that they've done much, that makes user experience actually worth it.

It's not really a news "tab" but more of a link to our news page on our website

Quick-play is not able to show all servers we're partnered with, hence the servers tab. Showcasing hosted worlds is a good idea but really you can only be hosting one world at a time so it wouldn't make sense giving it's own tab in the launcher. Self hosting servers in general has already been suggested

The launch button/area is generally the main function of the whole app so it's not a good idea placing the ads there. Showing the friends list as a 2x2 would not look as good, I'd argue just adding a search bar above it would be a better idea

I agree that both having the same function seems redundant but I disagree that it's wasting space, there's really nothing else that needs that space as of right now

6. I personally feel like there's too many things, the launcher literally seems like bloatware, running ads, 4k pictures loading in, every time you change tabs.

8. Again, make it choose-able in the settings, or make it automatically wider, depending on how wide the launcher window currently is.

Now some of these could be changed in a way that makes them able to be changed in settings, to the users liking so everything technically will stay the same but the user will just have more customization abilities.

That is not going to happen, having the servers shown there is one of the perks of being a Lunar Client partner
