Toggle sprint keybind?

for example if you press k it will toggle on toggle sprint.
because I used to play og mc and always held the ctrl key and its like a muscle memory now so I cant stop it. :/

Your sprint keybind is your toggle button. For example, have walk to w and sprint to k, everytime you press k the sprint will toggle
