Having the ability to open a server console can be useful for a variety of reasons.
1 - Another player with op disables command feedback to cheat without anyone knowing, the commands are still shown on the console.
2 - You have a log of everything that happened saved in case the server shuts down.
3 - Not all of your friends have lunar, so you set your server privacy to everyone, and need to know if people that shouldn't join are joining.
3.1 - You can walk away for more than a few minutes and trust that your world will be save as a result.
I don't know how much of this is possible considering that these worlds are hosted through lunar servers. If it is, that would be amazing.
