A cosmetic for level 10

I would suggest making a small cosmetic reward for level 10 because people will get bored of getting to level 10 without getting a reward instead.

as there is already this:

• Level 15: Emote
• Level 20: Hat/Bandanna/Mask
• Level 25: Cloak
• Level 30: Wings
