Custom GUI scaling

I've been asking for this for a while now and figured i'd try again.
Add custom GUI Scaling.
So you can control the size of all the different gui huds.
ex. inventory, hot bar,
you can already kinda do this with the crosshair which is nice, but i think it would be cool to be able to control the rest of the default minecraft hud sizes.
maybe have a more custom scale too, instead of just the "small", "normal", "large", "auto" options
