Default lunar capes

Add a default lunar cape which is plain and looks straight up trash and it has only the lunar logo, this cape should only be there according to the persons level so what i mean by this is if someone is using the normal lunar they should have a grey default cape which has the lunar logo on it and for people who have lunar+ should get alot of default capes with a pink lunar logo and the plus should be according to their name in "tab" do the same for moderators chatmods and other staff members

If the person has boosted the server i suppose you can comeup with something for that

I certainly believe that this will make people have a sense of belonging to lunar client and a reward for those who are loyal to this client 🙂
