#inputs while game is unfocused

why?
I don't understand?
On windows (and probably every other os), you need to click on a window such as Minecraft, for any inputs to be detected.
For example if you were using google for awhile then wanted to play Minecraft, you would first have to click on the Minecraft window to focus it for any inputs (such as using WASD) to go through.
My idea is simply to add an option for specific keybinds (or a master toggle for every input) to be able to be used while the game is unfocused.
After thinking about the idea, it could be easily abused for farmers on skyblock for example to farm on multiple accounts at the same time, so it’s unlikely they’d add it, but I’d still like it just so I can farm while playing other games on my computer.
That would have to be a windows feature, not a lunar client feature
Also that's just completely useless
not completely useless, as I did provide an example of a use, whether or not most people would use it is irreverent when claiming it's useless.
and it wouldn't be a windows feature as there are many applications that have this feature (discord being one of them for keybinds).
What would happen if you enable "w" and type any url starting with "www."
The minecraft character moves forward unintentionally.
That seems like unintuitive behaviour, no?
In which scenario is it actually useful?
Oh and btw, learn how to swap windows with ALT+TAB
That way the window will be focussed automatically
That was NOT the point of any of this, and I explained how it would be useful
- it would be toggle-able so it would be on you if you accidentally use it
Every Lunar Mod is toggleable ._.
Exactly? So how would it be lunars fault if you forget to toggle it off
It wouldnt... Most of us do not play around with settings all that often. Support would also get flooded by people bugreporting this. This suggestion is not good for Lunar imo.
It would be turned off be default, so it’s up to the players to not go turning it on if they don’t know what it does.
you're making it sound like its very difficult to click and focus a window
don't see any point in this feature
when I was explaining how to focus a window, I wasn't trying to make it seem like an inconvenience, I was just trying to explain it in a way that would make it obvious what it means for a window to be focused
the point is for multitasking, so then you can for example farm on skyblock while playing another game on a 2nd monitor
