Group chats and just more social features in general are still on our roadmap. We've mainly been focusing on mod support and doing a lot of work both in-game and in-launcher for that. I promise we haven't forgot about it, just stuff takes priority unfortunately. 🙃

in all versions if you sent something in the chat it'll show, but it will disappear after like 5 seconds, (if u pressed t it will show), it disappears smoothly on all versions, but except 1.19.4, it does not disappear smoothly, it disappears without any animations, hope u understood!

I see. I think the main reason this hasn’t been fixed in a timely manner is that it’s such a niche issue. Everything has priority when you work on such a big project as our own and unfortunately small visual issues on 1 version usually ends up on the lower end.

I’ll see if someone can figure out what causes that and see if we can get it resolved soon.

Could you see if this happens with the Smooth Chat option disabled?

the issue is the opacity on the mc font renderer text isn’t being multiplied by the animation value
