Distant Horizons API Features

Important: This is not „Add Distant Horizons“

With the DH API some cool features would be possible:

• waila mod info for lod chunks (if the range of waila can be changed)
• Teammate glow rendering in lod chunks with apollo
• some more features I haven‘t thought of yet

(Distant Horizons is incompatible rn but that can be fixed)
