it fixes alot of bugs like lag spike when going into some chunks etc.

You can add that mod to the mods folder. The fabric mod menu settings for debugify are broken on lunar at the moment and I don‘t think they add mods that don‘t work properly. They only add basic mods like sodium and iris and you can add more mods if you need them.
