memory slider feature

i think we should be able to type a value into this box on the memory slider, because sometimes you just can't get the right amount you want, it would be cool if any other parts of the client that had sliders had text boxes that you were able to type numerical values into too.

2 things, when you get that little (100-200 mb) in ram, the game has no visible difference with that wether it's 3.0GB or 3.1 allocated. 2, its really not that hard with the slider, i've never had issues with it.
