add ability for custom levelhead message

Being able to customize the message for the levelhead display would be useful. Instead of it being "level" or "bedwars level", people could shorten it, make it funny, etc. there exists this type of custom message functionality with the autogg mod, so I don't think there would be anything against adding this

it would also be nice if the levels auto colorized (e.g 700 stars rendering as pink with the star symbol after)
