#GUI Scale option for mods

Add the feature GUI SCALE: (Small, Normal, Large, AutO, OFF) to all mods.

The Use Minecraft GUI scale option that's already in lunar client is pretty trash imo and needs to be removed.

The option just makes it so mods either use the Minecraft GUI scale or they use their own
