Cloth Cloaks Optionn

I would like an option for how much your Cape goes up and down with cloth cloaks, for example i like to play with speed kit on a pvp server and my cloak goes up and down so add a thing where you can like change how much physics there is.

Yeah, sometimes its really annoying that the cape is spinning way too much
