Add an option in the launcher, where you can choose to have a different options.txt, optionsof.txt, servers.dat, and a different resourcepacks folder for each version of Minecraft you launch on Ember.
Would be very useful, because:
When you for example switch from old versions like 1.8 to 1.20 or vice versa, your options reset
Having a fresh servers list per versions would be very nice, as MOST servers you play on within the different versions are not cross-compatible, like a 1.20 plots build server vs MMC or Kaiya
Having all of your 1.7 PVP packs when playing in 1.20 really makes it hard to find the 1.20 packs in your resource packs folder. Seperating these per version would also be pretty cool.
Maybe you could take an approach like MultiMC or similar, where you have a seperate .minecraft for each version, to make it easier.
