Add a block info mod

using the current WALIA mod, you can improve it by showing more info about the block like the correct tool to mine it with and the time it takes to break the block depending on what you are holding, like if you are holding fists the time would be different compared to holding the correct tool where the time would be less. similar to that block info mod in Badlion
