• Deny the add reactions permission for VIPs while they are muted in all channels and only allow reactions for VIPs in #💬︱general while unmuted. This is basically mute evasion.
• Make use of Time Outs instead of the <@&721938410528571452> role for punishments that have a duration of 28 days or less If you permanently mute someone, just use the mute role. For mutes more than 28 days, use the mute role, then apply a time out when the duration reaches 28 days. This will ensure less harassment is aimed towards users who are muted.

1- where can they use reactions other than in the chats they can talk in? it’s one of the only perms they have as vip. They yap for 2 years only for a color and reactions in #💬︱general ? no. The only vips that get muted is @spark garnet but that’s cuz he trolls all the time.

2- Why do you care what LC uses to mute people? the roles is a much more effective method and at any point they can change anything within the perms unlike timeouts.

3- what muted dude made you upset without talking that you had to make this suggestion?

1- wow they can send gifs that’s a lot of perms right there… + thats not a perm that’s just a change in the bot. We can also send gifs but the bot deletes it. I’m talking about discord perms. and dw you won’t add reactions while you’re muted cuz you will prob never get vip.

1- It is. Even if the bot didn't ban it, it would show as a link due to how the permissions are setup.
2- Like people will then know and say "L muted" yap stuff
3- I get angry when I'm harassed

VIPs can only react in general

And there is no point in not using the muted role, it already works with the bot and it is such a small change that its not worth it

Rather stay consistent and just use the role instead of timeouts since the max is 30d.
