Add Simple Voice Chat mod to Lunar

Add support for the Simple Vocie Chat mod, that way people on Lunar CLient can use proximity voice chat on servers that support it. It would be fairly convenient, that way we don't have to go to the normal launcher and download the latest version of Fabric, Sodium, and the mod in order to use proximity chat with my friends

you can already add it in the mods folder

and servers have to add it on their plugins/mods folder

go to modrinth, download vc in ur version, do win+r put in ".lunarclient" go to offline>multiver>mods>your version and paste vc mod
