Automatically send updates messages

If possible, make @whole plume automatically send new updates in the #📢︱updates channel.
Staff wont need to write the updates and it will save their time as well 😸

uhh yea how’s the bot gonna know if there was an update? the devs don’t do updates in one day. They do each of the features/bug fixes throughout idk a week or smth then someone give everyone an update

And it’s definitely more personal when it’s posted by us / our developers
