у меня такая проблема что ресурс пак не работает на 1.19.4 а моды нужны

Okay so you're asking for OptiFabric to be added, this is currently not possible because Sodium exists on lunar's fabric module by default.
And you're asking this to be able to use a resourcepack that requires Optifine to work and it's on 1.19.4, which again there are mods that can help you achieve that with fabric, that you can add with /modloading without needing Optifine
