Titles mod for 1.7.10

Honestly, I think there has to be someway to add Titles to 1.7.10, The reason I don't use 1.7.10 is because I don't have titles, and if its possible consider trying to add peoples head's to 1.7.10, If these modifications are possible it would bring more accessibility to 1.7.10.
