Please stop abusing staff disrespect

there is a difference between staff disrespect and staff taking things personally,
when we are clearly joking around,Staff/Chatmod can joke around with each other or even say it to someone else but when we say the same thing we get muted stating staff disrespect.If you think i am joking you can see my prev (aka lastest one)mute reason where i was clearly joking and said that i was joking but the Staff/Chatmod took it personally for no reason.
If Staff/Chatmod don't like when we joke and when we say the same thing that Staff/Chatmod say to their fellow close friends or even Staff/Chatmod i don't think they take it seriously?
we say for example NOTE THESE ARE ONLY EXAMPLES TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION when we say "L,shut up,child,kid,get better,bad",etc you get what i am saying,i am pretty sure u guys have joked around with people before and have used atleast one of these words like serioursly dude
so why is it that we get muted when we say this as a joke?
If staff are clearly wanting to have a bridge between members and members of this society then please say so,tell us if you want to be treated like a god because at this point i don't see the difference.
i have personally fell a victim for this and wish for this abuse to stop🙏 🙏
if you don't like our jokes you can clearly state as a message saying to stop because when u each staff member were once a member(without the Staff/Chatmod role)would have done the same thing i believe?
Staff disrespect mute means when a person says you are bad at this job or is saying stuff related to being a staff(THOSE WERE EXAMPLES TO TELL THE REASON)
There is a clear cut difference between staff disrespect and staff taking things personal
i would love an admin or higher role if they can tell us clearly state what is staff disrespect

Personally I think staff disrespect would mean to constantly badmouth a staff member in a slanderous manner, minor comments like “L bad” shouldn’t be near to the term staff disrespect
