I don't think so, this sounds different from dynamic crosshair. I think it means that each hit is a different colour. Example: Alex hits Steve, Alex's red crosshair is now blue. he does it again, it is now green and so on.

Let me try explain it. For every entity you hit the color of the crosshair should be changed on each hit.
Imagine your crosshair is white and when you hit an entity it changes to blue... And so on

A new color option in crosshair mod (or in all mods) an option similar to rainbow but you get to choose the colors it cycles through, but the twister is it will only cycle through the colors if u hit someone.

If you just want random colors ONLY when you hit someone then use rainbow it’s pretty much the same thing and if you want to choose ur own colors make a separate and proper suggestion stating you want rainbow colors that you choose the colors it cycles through and if neither of these is what you want then explain your suggestion properly.
