Add Background color options to nametags

Its quite fun and its good for like matching cosmetics and stuff. And it can be useful in many games and allows people with bad dim monitors be able to see other name tags better.

Text colour (vanilla feature) is allowed
Changing the transparancy/colour of the background and the ability to see the nametag through walls is a cheat by many servers

You can already change the transparency in lunar yk, you're gonna lose your mind when you find out about that
