Community support revamp

A revamp of #📋︱community-support would be very cool. Here are a few ideas I have in mind

• 🧵 Forums: Make it a forum channel
• 👀 If you make it a forum channel, you could make a Helper role which could manage posts and manage messages in the forum. Agents would be able to oversee this forum.
• 🛠️ Links: Allow more links
• ⚙️ Commands: Allow people with a certain level to make the tag commands public only in the support channel, for example Level 10.

links: not going to happen because they can send links for ads etc.

commands: they can just spam them

Forums

It has been considered and implemented previously, but was later discontinued due to low usage, along with some users struggling to adhere to the required formats.

Links

It could potentially be added, bearing in mind the existence of chat filters, which would automatically delete any content that doesn't meet the specified criteria.

Commands

Implementing this feature would be helpful for players, as it would allow them to see the required format directly, instead of being instructed to enter a command.

There are downsides of it being a forum channel, and I'm not the only one with that opinion in mind.
I went through complete details on the topic of Discord helpers, some specific links to be allowed, and commands to be allowed publicly (when it was turned into a forum channel for a day). Here's the message link to my suggestion, and what will not be happening: #1215427818003898388 message

btw, theres a feature for a template. its built in:
you basically edit it in the channel settings, save it and then when you click "create post" the template would be there.

For links you can just screenshot them if you are desperate

Tag commands are great and easy to set a cooldown on, it won't be more spammable then stickers or emojis

a helper role is simply unnecessary. them not wanting to add that does not mean the "staff structure is lacking"..
