So new changes are good, but not the newest settings in lunar, a lot of things is taken out of new settings one of the things is ''custom sky'' i would like to if u add back old settings with all old futures which isnt in new anymore please

The settings you're pointing out do not exist in the game, it's Optifine you've been using.
None of those settings got wiped by lunarclient, it's just you using the Fabric module on those versions, which uses Sodium instead of Optifine. Better performance overall, but you'll need third party mods to get more options like you do in Optifine.
It's also worth noting that, Optifine currently doesn't exist on lunar client for 1.20.2 and above, due to Optifine not releasing a stable version for those versions.

to see how you can add mods to lunar client, do /modloading
the mod you'll need for custom sky, for example, will be FabricSkyboxes

i did louch optifine but now in optifine settings there is no reply mod
