Add the dulkir mod (Item size and attack speed changer)

This is literally the only thing that badlion has over lunar when it comes to skyblock. I know that lunar is a PVP based client, but the addition with skyblock is just amazing. I think that the community would love this tiny QOL feature where you can change your item size and attack speed as a cosmetic type effect to the game. I always see forge users have all these cool mini QOL mods for their game (My normal MC launcher is broken for some reason so I can't use forge) And besides, the FPS boost from lunar actually lets me play the game! Ok ok. Im done speaking yappinese, but please take this in to consideration, us lunar skyblock players would love some more attention when it comes to the smaller mods like this.
