the maximum character limit you can put in one chat message is 100 for versions preceding 1.11, and 256 for versions including and after

make it so that you can send 256 characters in one chat message for versions before 1.11 (for lunar this would be 1.7 and 1.8)

this is already in patcher and also exists as a standalone forge mod known as 256chat

i swear on my life I searched to see if this was already suggested, couldn't find a dupe(dont scream at me if there is one cause whoops lmao 🥴) also doublechecked on lunar as well to see if it was a thing yet (it's not unless its hidden in the settings) so here we are
