Add the ability to load custom skies in newer versions with Fabric/Sodium

OptiFine brings with it the ability to change the Minecraft sky through a resource pack. This requires certain files in the folder optifine\sky\world0\... or minecraft\mcpatcher\sky\world0....
Since OptiFine is already quite old and especially in the newer versions no longer offers good performance, most players (including me) play with Fabric/Sodium. Sodium, however, does not support many resourcepacks features of optifine.
Therefore I wish there was a switch in the Lunar Client settings "Custom Skies ON/OFF)" which does exactly what OptiFine does, even without OptiFine. This would allow you to play with the performance of Fabric/Sodium with custom skies.
