Add disabling view bobbing when looking down

I really like view bobbing, but i cant bridge with it, me being a bedwars "casual" player.
Minimal view bobbing isnt "bobbly" enough, so adding a mod to put view bobbing but disabling it when you're looking down would be perfect.
