Alot of people dont have cosmetics but make a way you can get a few for free like the amount of time and hours you play lunar client you can earn credits or something or earn a free cape/cosmetic, for example, you can make it where every hour = certain amount of coins and then people would play lunar way more and try to earn a cosmetic or make it where a certain cosmetic = x amount of hours to play.
