Add 1.16 1 option for speedrunners

There should be an option that allows users to run version 1.16 1 because that is the best version for speedrunning in general. Im new to lunar client so I might be missing a way to do this but I've searched everywhere and it doesn't seem like there is a way to play minecraft version 1.16 1.

Already suggested and not feasible as:

• Lunar is banned for use in speedrunning
• There wouldn't be enough users to make it worthwhile big fixing and updating mods
• You can play 1.16.1 in vanilla or speedrunning allowed and optimised mods easily, just search on youtube
