Lunar cosmetic color changer

Add the ability to change color (using the hexidecimel color picker or something similar) for solid colored lunar cosmetics. Or at least, change the shade of the color that you bought it in. For example, if I wanted to buy a red scarf, I could change it to be a different color or at least a different shade of red.
