Do a barrel roll makes flying whit an elytra so much more fun and challenging, and it makes it fell like a flight simulator. Camera overhaul just makes the camera look better because the camera moves in a more realistic way (unless you set the setings to the max), and just makes the camera movement feel much more immersive.
