Turn the weather changer into a weather editor, e.g. you can change the snow effect and change the rain effect like that

Edit the weather how? You say change the snow or rain effect, do you mean like the settings in Particle Changer?

If so, that feature already exist and is available for any particle you wish to customise

I think they mean changing rain to be snow, I could be wrong, but I interpreted like that

  not
• change the snow effect to the rain effect
  Otherwise I would've thought similar, however if that was the case they could use Weather Changer as intended and just set the weather they'd prefer.
