Resource pack addition

Add some built-in texture packs/overlay packs for different things since some people wouldn’t want to download stuff from websites that they don’t fully trust and so that there can be overlay packs for other things that aren’t as mainstream such as katana overlays, other long sword overlays, special connected wool, wood, clay, endstone, etc etc.

i've not once seen a VIRUS in a texture pack

zips arent even executable

in fact, you could keep malware in a zip and as long as it stays zipped its all fine

suure it could be a cool feature but i dont get the logic behind not trusting where to download packs
